Magnifico is essentially an evil Pantelone. This Commedia dell’Arte Mask is combination of Pantelone and Capitano qualities. The animistic aspects of the design is a combination of a cock and an eagle. Stylistically this design is a lean into a more contemporary look for the commedia masks. The qualities of the archetype are certainly there however.
