The Elite cosplay mask is one of the many masks made for my client Jarvis White for Comicon. Elite is a punisher and vigilante. He rids his neighborhood of gangs and drug dealers as well as shooting dogs that urinate on the sidewalk and throwing live grenades in food vendors carts. He’s well spoken though.
