Theater Masks Bi-annual Scholarship

Theater Masks Scholarship Offer Hi, I’m Jonathan Becker. I’m a mask maker, teaching artist and a theatrical performer. I started down this path in 1986 and began sculpting masks while I was a student in Paris, France. I returned to the United States in 1990 and founded Theater-Masks.com. Since then I’ve spent years in continuous study, training actors with masks and teaching mask making techniques. Now I’m in a position to offer an opportunity to art students that wish to further their education.

That said, if you want to work in theater or if you have dreams of becoming a mask maker (or something similar), you’ll probably need some education. And, it turns out, that is not cheap!

What Is The Theater Masks Scholarship?

The Theater Masks Scholarship is a $500 scholarship awarded bi-annually, twice each year to individuals who are enrolled (or planning to enroll) to study in an art or drama related field.

In short, if you are interested in a career in the arts, attending school, and live in the United States or Canada, you can apply!
